Registration Issues & Help

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulty registering or accessing the forum.

If you have just registered as a member, please contact me by email at support@crewforum.co.uk using the email address you have provided as part of the registration process to tell me the username you have chosen. This should expedite matters.

If you are an existing member of CrewForum.co.uk and are having temporary difficulties accessing the forum, please try to clear your cookies (see below). If this does not work, please then contact me at support@crewforum.co.uk providing me with as much information as possible, copy-pasting the text of any error message you are receiving.

The instructions on how to delete your cookies if you are using a pc are as follows.:-

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Network and Internet Connection
Click Internet Options

Then another box comes up with options.

Click Delete Cookies then OK
Click Delete Files then OK
Latly, click Clear History and Yes then Apply.

If you are using a mac, click Safari and then click on Empty Cache or, if that fails, click Safari and then click on Reset Safari.

Once you've done this, this should sort out the problems. But please make sure that you sign in with the correct username and password.
