In order to verify your account, we require that you fill in the information in the fields below. The personal information you provide us with will not be visible on the face of CrewForum.co.uk but will be available to the Administration Team. We will not pass on any of this information to any third party unless obliged to do so in the context of legal proceedings.
All fields marked with an asterisk MUST be completed. WITHOUT this information, we will NOT be able to process your application to join Crewforum.co.uk.
To complete the verification process and to safeguard the CrewForum.co.uk community, we now also require that you complete a second form. This will only take a few moments of your time, but we need some additional information which again will NOT be available to the other forum members but only to yourself and the Admin Team. This is an exercise to ensure you are indeed a current BA cabin crew member.
When we have received your completed details via the form below, we will then fully activate your account when we are satisfied with the information you have provided. Until such time your account will still be pending.
The details that are required from you now are as follows:
* First Name
* Surname
* E-Mail address (this must be a valid email address)
* Username (this must be the username that you requested when registering for CrewForum.co.uk)
* Grade
* Fleet Number (Please NOTE: ICC crew please select ICC and NA for fleet number if your base is not listed. We will then endeavor to add this to the list)
* Staff Number

When you send this information to us you are agreeing to the following statement:
I can confirm that I am a bona fide British Airways cabin crew and not part of the management team or on secondment duties on the ground. By submitting the information in this form I CONFIRM that this is true, and understand that upon submission, my IP address will be logged for security reasons.
If the information I have given proves not to be correct or I fail to keep your account details secure I note that you reserve the right to take matters further. I also note that the passing of material from CrewForum to non-members and permitting others to access my account may constitute offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
Finally, I confirm that I have read and will comply with the rules of CrewForum.co.uk.
Once I receive the information below, I will try to activate your account in a timely manner. Please note that I am a cabin crew myself and it may not be possible for me to verify your account immediately owing to work.
Please remember that CrewForum.co.uk is a privately administered and independent site run for the benefit of the cabin crew community.
